International buyers are completely responsible for
paying their own duties and customs fees. These fees
are determined by your government, not Profile Racing. Packages being sent to international
destinations may take longer to arrive due to customs
delays. We absolutely will not mark any package as a "gift" or display a lower price to reduce duties.
Please do not ask us to do that.

1. Can you ship to the UK / France / Australia / Russia / Chile / Hong Kong / Japan / Luxembourg?
Profile Racing ships via UPS International Priority. Anywhere they ship to , we will ship to. In most cases, even to Australia, it takes 3-5 business days once your package leaves our warehouse. Shipments can be tracked at UPS.com if needed.
2. When I place my order, It doesn't say how much my international shipping is going to cost. How much is shipping to the UK / France / Australia / Russia / Chile / Hong Kong / Japan / Luxembourg?
On international orders, we calculate the shipping charge after we pick and pack your order. Then we will email you a PayPal request for the shipping charges, and as soon as we recieve your payment for these charges, we ship your order out.
For a five pound shipment, which is roughly the weight of a set of cranks and a sprocket, please see the chart below.

3. My axle and driver and bearings are fine, but my hubshell is trashed. Can I buy just a hubshell?
We do not sell hubshells directly to consumers. We would prefer that you contact our Warranty/Repair department about sending your old hub back to us, and we will swap out the damaged parts for new ones, at crash replacement prices, which are at a fair discount off of retail. Please call 727.391.7370 for more details.
Warranty:
Profile Racing chromoly crankarms and chromoly spindles carry a Lifetime Limited Warranty to the original purchaser that covers bending, cracking or breaking. Hammering, welding or any altering of the component(s) voids warranty. Cosmetic problems are excluded. Profile Racing requires proof (or documentation) in the form of a purchase receipt or copy of the registration stub with any warranty claim. This policy is for like-exchange and does not include upgrades or color changes.
All other Profile Racing bike components have a 30-day warranty against manufacturing and material defects. Profile Racing, at its descretion, will repair or replace the warranted component. Proof of purchase is necessary for any warranty claim.
Payment:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover may be used for payment
at the time the order is placed. Payment may be made with a Money Order.
Payments made with a personal check will delay your order a minimum
of ten (10) working days until the check has cleared our bank. Shipping
and handling charges are extra.
Sales Tax:
Florida residents will be charged sales tax.
Delivery:
All merchandise will be shipped by the fastest, most economical method,
usually U.P.S. Ground. One or Two Day U.P.S. shipments are available
on rush orders at your request for an additional charge. Due to the possibility of items being out of stock, we cannot guarantee that orders will ship as soon as we recieve them. Most orders ship within 48 hours. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Orders Outside the
Continental United States:
All orders must be prepaid in U.S. dollars. Credit card payment is preferred.
Freight charges must be prepaid. Any additional duty or tariff will
be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Prices:
All prices are subject to change without notice. Profile Racing, Inc.
makes every effort in making sure that the information on this website
is accurate and up-to-date. However, we are not responsible for any
typographical errors in product descriptions or prices. We reserve the
right to cancel any orders made due to such errors, including after
the order has been submitted. We make no guarantee that the information
on our website is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right
to make corrections and updates at any time without notice.
Returns:
No merchandise will be accepted for return without prior authorization.
All return shipments must be prepaid. A return goods authorization number
(R.G.A. number) will be issued and returned goods must be accompanied
by a copy of the original invoice. A restocking fee, which will be applied
to a credit or exchange (no cash refunds), shall be charged on all returned
goods not exchanged under warranty. All returned merchandise must be
in original package. No returns on parts that have been installed. No
returns on special orders. No returns after 30 days.
Refused Shipments:
All expenses resulting from a refused shipment, regardless of reason,
will be the responsibility of the customer.
