Profile’s Tech Tip #16: Profile Mini Front Hub Assembly

The Profile Mini Front Hub is a pretty simple concept: 8 parts compressed together to make a dialed mechanism.

Although we recommend you using a press, you can also follow the step-by-step tutorial here, using some common wrenches:

http://www.profileracing.com/overhauling-profilemadera-front-hubs/

The components making up the Profile Mini Front Hub (As well as the Profile Elite and Madera Pilot Front Hubs) are:

(1) Hub Shell
(2) 6903 Hub Bearings
(1) Mini Internal Aluminum Axle
(2) Front 3/8 Hub Cones
(2) Bolts and washers of your choosing (Volcano bolts/cones showed here in the video)

Profile’s own, Gus Lanzilotta, will walk you through the process.

We hope this helps?
