Since getting back on the bike post-op from abdominal surgery in China, I’ve been riding as hard, and as much as I can – twice a day even. I’ve also began conditioning/working out in a gym (something I’d never thought was necessary before, that riding was my only need for strength).
I’m also riding an all new setup (shorter frame with more laid back ht and st angles, with much much higher set bars). New tricks? Of course! An edit will be coming out in the coming month or two.
