Integral and time consuming — Processing Profile Racing’s Cassette Pawls

After our Cassette Pawls come out of our EDM machine, Profile’s owner and founder, Jim Alley, continues on with their post production; punching them out of the EDM brick, followed by sand blasting.

Once done, they head out to get plated, locally, here in the Bay Area.
