Jared Eberwein: Down But Never Out.

“Obviously 2020 has been a trying time/year for many of us. Huge shot out to my wife, Devin Eberwein. She has tried her best for myself, herself, but most importantly our two boys live’s to have normalcy. For Oct, for me, its been a BIG difference. Normally I’d be crazy booked with a bunch of school shows for “peak season.” It’s not an incredibly hard thing to accept as far as change and downtime for the drastic change of events, but I’m sure that’s been a big “many of cases” situation for a lot of people in the world. I guess the lead up to this part of my storytelling is that we’ve done a lot of cool family bonding time at a time period in a typical year, that we would have NEVER had the time or opportunity to do so. With that being said, we’ve gone to visit family, take our two boys to places that are VERY not so common to go to for them. Which is traveling the continent, New Jersey, visiting Grandma and Grandpa. Highlights of the trips typically involve the airplanes. They love a lot of things but Airplanes and Garbage trucks are held very highly in their eyes, whether they realize it or not.

Riding is always there, whether I’m injured or not. But in October of 2020, I was definitely injured and not riding, so visiting family and making new memories with my boys was definitely a highlight this time of year. I can’t get enough of riding my bike, so obviously I sorta always rather be riding my bike, but balancing life has to play a part in most everyone’s lives. I can say as I get back into riding from my recent elbow injury, I’m looking forward to times ahead.”
