All Profile wheels are handbuilt in our factory using Wheelsmith spokeprep or loctite on the spoke threads. We oil the exterior of the nipples so they rotate smoothly and don\’t corrode to the rim, and we side tension the wheels to ensure you get a wheel that\’s as close to perfect as possible out of the box, and for a long, long time. We finish our wheels up with real cloth Velox rim tape, no cheap plastic rim strips for us.
We build with rims from Sun Rims.
