Profile’s C-4 plastic Hub Guards now available!
Profile’s C-4 Plastic hub guards are now available.
Made right here in our factory out of Delrin, here are the specs:
Profile Front C-4 Guard (Top guard in picture above):
-CNC machined out of Delrin
-Slides over knurled cone (only works with knurled cones) of Profile Mini, Profile Elite, and Madera Pilot Front Hubs and is held by compression once you tighten your front wheel.
-Not recommended for extremely abrasive surfaces (rough cement).
Profile Rear C-4 Guard (Bottom right guard picture above):
-CNC machined out of Delrin
-Slides over rear 14mm Non-drive Jam Nut of Profile Mini, Profile Elite, and Madera V-2 Rear Hubs and is held by compression once you tighten your rear wheel.
–Does not work with 3/8 rear hubs.
-Not recommended for extremely abrasive surfaces (rough cement).
Profile Rear C-4 Drive Side Guard (Picture Below):
-Guard is Injection molded out of plastic, insert/jam nut CNC machined here in our factory.
-The proprietary C-4, 14mm drive side Jam Nut replaces existing Profile Mini, Profile Elite, and Madera V-2 jam nut, and then drive side guard pops onto jam nut.
–Does not work with 3/8 rear hubs.
-Not recommended for extremely abrasive surfaces (rough cement).
-Drive Side Guard and Jam nut sold together or individually.
