It’s been almost 3 years since I’ve been back riding and it’s literally been the hardest thing I’ve ever done. There were points where the physical and mental pain was unbearable and I didn’t know if it was possible to get back to the level I wanted. But I decided to keep at it, keep pushing myself and sharing this journey with my kids and feeling the progression has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life!
