We’re hitting the road Saturday, February 8th. Starting at the second stop in the FL-Bmx Series in Ft. Myers, then heading south for a loop around the state. We’ll be hitting up local skateparks to simply have fun sessioning with the locals. Come out, and lets do some pedaling! See […]
Thanks to Tony Malouf for both coming on this NE trip with us (and contributing to the many good times) and doing an amazing job filming an editing. We’re looking forward to doing many more trips with him in the future.
The last day of any road trip is always kind of a bummer. Eight solid days with your friends. Eight solid days of meeting new people. And Saturday marked the eighth day in a row of solid riding. Although we rode a lot each day of the trip, we capitalized […]
On Friday we headed to Eastern Boarder in Danvers Mass. While trying to find a hotel, we figured out that any attempt in doing so was a waste of time within 40 miles of boston. A ton of out of town commuters post up during the week and then head […]
After waking up on a lake in Danielson, CT., we slowly made our way to Dick Maul’s bike shop in Halifax, Mass. And somehow we still made it there an hour early. It was an honor finally getting to visit Maul’s–the first core bmx shop in New England.
After dropping DeGroot off at the airport, we headed back to Providence to pick up Vic from Circuit. From there we headed to the Daily Grind in Danielson, CT. Amazing shop owned by Chuck Goldy–long time, veteran bmxer from the area.
Yesterday was another, all day, banging session. Thanks to Greg Rooke and everyone at Fat Trax for an amazing time. Did a little bit of hang time at the shop, played some foot down, bunny hopped the height bar until our arms were sore, and then went to Hamden to […]
Yesterday we met up with Tom Burke from Tony’s Bike and Board. He and all the Milford locals showed us a good time at the Milford cement park–a free form bowl/street combo deal.
We’ve lucked out with the weather up here: mid 80’s, no rain, but hot enough to fire through a gallon of water (or quart of milk if you’re Cardona). We’ve spent most of the past two afternoons hanging at Circuit BMX which is below some antique Elk’s lodge.
Here are the shops. Here are the dates. And lucky for us, this is not the van we’ll be taking. Come out and hang, come out and shred, come out and party!
