You have 30-calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. However, there are no returns on custom-built wheels, custom bikes, or special-order items without prior authorization. In some instances, we will accept returns on these items, but not all. Returns of custom and special-order items are reviewed on a case by case basis.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be uninstalled, unused and in the same condition that you received it. Refunds will only be issued in the original amount of the item price (not including shipping), minus a 10% restocking fee. In the case of items with shipping included/free shipping, the original shipping fees will be deducted from the item price refund.
Returns must have prior approval. You may email your request for a Return Authorization code to [email protected] Please state your name and order number and a phone number where we can get a hold of you during the day. We will get back to you with the authorization. Remember, if your item is damaged due to poor repackaging we will not be able to complete honor the return.
When authorized please package the item back in its original packing to keep the item from being damaged in shipping. Please include a copy of the invoice with a short note explaining why you’re returning the item for a refund. Also include a daytime phone number where you can be contacted.
You have 30-calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it. Exchanges will only be for the same product. We will only exchange for wrong size, different color or different component variation. Customer will pay for return shipping and shipping back to customer.
If you would like to exchange an item then you will need a Return Authorization (RA) code. You may email your request for a Return Authorization code to [email protected] Please state your name and order number and a phone number where we can get a hold of you during the day. If your item is damaged due to poor repackaging we will not be able to complete the exchange.
When you receive your R.A. number please to follow the above Return instructions by including a copy of your invoice/packing slip and short note regarding what item you would like to exchange for. Include a daytime phone number where you can be reached.
We will contact you once we receive the returned item regarding the shipping cost back to you.
Once we receive your item we will notify you that we have received your returned item. Then we will inspect it. If it is in the same condition as was shipped to you then we will notify you on the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless it is a warranty return). Shipping costs on the original purchase is nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund for your purchase the cost of the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
