We make the parts that make our parts…
During every tour of our shop, we have a tendency to relay to folks that we “make the parts that make our parts.” With our newest Haas VF4, this was certainly the case right out of the gate.
We had to make steel sub plates to locate fixtures, vices, and fourth axes. This sub plate in particular has over 100 locator holes.
Our new Haas is currently being put to work making Chainrings, Spiders, and Stems.
