Profile’s Tech Tip #19: Profile’s Worldwide Service

When you choose to ride Profile (and Madera) product, it is hand built the day you order.
If it’s a hub, each part is pulled individually, pressed, assembled, tightened down and boxed.
If it’s a crank set, the arms are broached/de-burred by hand, cleaned and boxed.
If it’s a spline drive sprocket, both the sprocket and insert are pulled and the pieces are pressed together, packaged and shipped.
If you order here, domestically in the US, we hand assemble in our factory.
But if you’re in, for instance, Australia, our Distributor (and Service Center), Elite Cycle Imports, receives the parts and is authorized to hand build each order to its specs.
Beyond assembly, Profile’s Authorized Service Centers can also handle tech support and any potential warranty issues on our cranks as well as standard rebuilds on our hub’s bearings and “crash replacement” services on our hub shells.
Our four international service centers are:
ABP: France
Elite Cycle Imports: Australia
Profile Europe: UK/Ireland
Country Bikes: Germany/Austria
Their contact info is here:
If, in the event, you’re looking to locally source Profile and Madera product, the above link also lists our international distributors who can help you find a stocked, local bike shop.
We hope this helps?
Thanks for the support!
